Study the process of making card from milk(दूध से दही बनने की प्रक्रिया का अध्ययन).

      Curd contain several  microorganisms like lactobacillus. It promotes the formation of curd and converts milk into curd.(दही विभिन्न प्रकार के सूक्ष्मजीवों जैसे लैक्टोबैसिलस की बनी होती है। जो दही बनने की प्रक्रिया को आरंभ करते हैं एवं दूध को दही में बदल देते हैं)

Reason for food poisoning caused by stale or rancid food.(बासी या विकृतगंध युक्त खाने से होने वाली खाद्य विषाक्तता का कारण)

    It could be due to consumption of food spoilt by some microorganisms. Which grow on our food, sometimes produce toxic substances. These Make the food poisonous causing serious illness even death.(यहां सूक्ष्मजीवों के द्वारा भोजन को विकृत या खराब करने के कारण होता है। जो कि हमारे भोजन में वृद्धि करते हैं तथा कभी-कभी विषाक्त पदार्थ बनाते हैं।  जिससे भोजन विषाक्त हो जाता है जिस कारण घातक बीमारी एवं मृत्यु भी हो सकती है)

Assessment:-

Students will find the reasons why electric wires are always made with copper or aluminium.(छात्र कारण ढूंढने का प्रयास करेंगे कि हमेशा विद्युत तार के रूप में एलमुनियम एवं तांबे की तार का प्रयोग क्यों किया जाता है)

Ans :- Because copper and Aluminium is good conductor of electricity and have less resistance. So it is always use as electric wires(क्योंकि तांबे एवं एलुमिनियम धातु विद्युत की अच्छी सुचालक होती हैं, एवं इनमें बहुत कम प्रतिरोध होता है। इसलिए हमेशा विद्युत तार के रूप में इनका प्रयोग किया जाता है)

Why should we use petroleum products in a limited quantity.(हमें पेट्रोलियम उत्पादों का उपयोग कम मात्रा में क्यों करना चाहिए)

Ans :- Petroleum products are exhaustible natural resource. We use this product only when absolutely necessary. This will result in better environment, smaller risk of global warming and their availability for a longer period of time.(पेट्रोलियम उत्पाद समाप्त होने वाले प्राकृतिक स्रोत हैं। हमें इनका उपयोग तभी करना चाहिए जब बहुत अधिक आवश्यक हो, इससे हमारा वातावरण स्वच्छ रहेगा, ग्लोबल वार्मिंग का खतरा बहुत कम होगा और इनकी उपलब्धता लंबे समय तक बनी रहेगी)
